Where do I fit the Grounding sheet ?
Place it on top of the Mattress and under your fitted sheet. Make sure the Earthing cord is connected as per the instructions.
Will the grounding Sheet be affected by the fitted sheet over the top of it ?
No! a normal Cotton fitted sheet will only affect the conductivity minimally.
Is it easy to clean ?
Yes! It is made from Durable Cotton with tiny Silver conducting threads interwoven into the fabric. It is hand washable in warm water.
